Robert C. Byrd Honors Scholarship Program
Brief Description To promote student excellence and
achievement by providing scholarships to exceptional students who show
promise of continued academic excellence.
Criteria Must be nominated by high school and apply
through high school scholarship coordinator; Must be a legal CA
resident;Recipients must enroll in and attend US institution of higher
education beginning Fall semester; Must have registered with the
Selective Service System; Renewable up to 4 years;
